Open the app
If your payment is declined, you will get a message saying you have outstanding payments.
Choose “Confirm payment,” and we’ll try to withdraw the money again. If the payment goes through, you can keep driving as usual.
If you want to pay with another card, choose “Update payment details.”
If you’re having trouble confirming your payment or updating details, you’re welcome to chat with Customer Care in the app.
