In the event of damage to the car, it is important that you report it – simply report it directly through the app. Go to your booking details and click on “Report damages”. Attach pictures on the damage by uploading from your photo library on your phone, or by taking pictures directly from the app.

It's good to know that when you drive with Volvo On Demand, full insurance is always included. Read more about insurance here.

Do I need to check the car for damages before starting my monthly reservation?

No. We will do an accurate damage control of the car before your reservation. Knowned damages can be found in the digital damage log – under your reservation details and “Report damages”.

If the car breaks down. If the car breaks down or cannot be driven, contact Customer Care and we will help you further.
